Design images

Verify your email to create detailed design images. You can browse, choose materials and save a design before signing in. Each verified account can request up to 20 images in a rolling 24-hour period, subject to availability. Verifying your email does not start image generation or place an order.

AI images are illustrative concepts. Colours, pattern scale, panel placement and construction details may differ from the finished bag. LEB will confirm materials, construction and price before accepting an order.

Privacy

LEB uses your email to verify image access and uses your saved selections and enquiry details to help review your proposed bag. When you request an AI image, selected design details and reference images are sent to OpenAI to produce that image. Hosting, storage, authentication and email services support this process. Please do not include sensitive personal information in design notes or uploaded images.

For questions about your information or to request deletion, contact info@limitededitionbrands.co. Deletion may require identity verification, and some records may need to be retained for accounting, security or resolving outstanding requests.

Retention and backups

We normally remove inactive, unsubmitted designs and their generated images after 90 days. Submitted enquiries are retained for 12 months after closure. Records needed for an order, dispute or unresolved provider charge remain protected until that need is resolved. Existing records whose retention dates cannot be established remain under review. Owner fabric-library assets remain until the owner removes them.

We keep 30 successful daily encrypted backups. Backup failures and Dropbox's recovery history can mean older copies remain longer than 30 calendar days. Restored backups are checked against our deletion records before the service is reopened, so restoring an older backup does not automatically restore designs already removed under this policy. Minimal deletion identifiers and financial records may be retained to enforce deletion and reconcile charges.
